To produce reviews, risk flags, summaries, and signature fields, your contract content is processed by automated systems, which may include third‑party AI model providers acting as our service providers under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We do not sell your contract content, and we do not permit our AI providers to use it to train their general‑purpose models. Where we use content to improve Dottr's own features, we seek to minimize and de‑identify data where practical.

We share information only as described below:

• Service providers and sub‑processors — vendors that host our infrastructure, process payments, provide AI processing, or support the Service, under appropriate confidentiality and security terms.
• At your direction — for example, when you route a contract to a counterparty or e‑signature provider.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Billions Dots, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below, subject to limited exceptions where retention is required or permitted by law.
